To be eligible to participate in the BabyLove buy 9 get 1 free promotion customers must purchase 9 x BabyLove products at any Chemist Warehouse pharmacy in Australia (excluding wipes 80’s pack) and obtain a receipt and coupon which is for proof of purchase. Note, these 9 purchases are individual purchases and not 1 purchase of 9 BabyLove products.
Once 9 purchases have been made from Chemist Warehouse Pharmacies in Australia customers will qualify for their 10th product purchase free. The free pack will be of the lesser value of all purchases made, in the size of the customer’s preference, subject to stock availability.
Entry is open to Australian residents only.
The promoter (Unicharm) reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the claim process.
Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible or illegible claims will not be deemed valid.
Offers, or any unused portion of an offer, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
If for any reason a claimant does not redeem an element of the offer by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the offer or that element of the offer will be forfeited.
Promotion commences 1/1/19 and finishes 31/12/19. Redemption can be made up until 31st Jan 2020.
The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
